Here’s a suggestion… if you want to get long lasting curls on a synthetic wig when revamping it ….braid the hair in 3 sections with 3 jumbo braids tie it at the end with the rubber bands when you dip it and the hot boiling water, let it sit and dry for a couple hours with the rubber band on while it’s still braided then once you untangle it after a couple hours . After you untangle Each braid use the Gots to be glued spray are any holding spray. the curls will be very defined after with better stability

If you want your curls to look more like they did in the beginning try using flexi rods after your curls so curl each strand like you did but add flexi rods on them and then let it cool with that and you're going to be gorgeous

U brush it wet so the knots don't set when it dries

@@ashmarie8267 When its brushed wet especially in hot water, the hairs structure breaks down. Youre essentially brushing out the curls.

This is a synthetic wig which means it is made of plastic. To unravel plastic you have to work with it while wet. It's more malleable. That is ANY synthetic wig you use. I also use flexible rods and brown gel to recurl. Because brown gel has alcohol in it, the synthetic hair will have more of a curl, shine, and maintain it's curl pattern because the alcohol stiffens the hair
