The video showcases an aesthetically pleasing and practical way of organizing fiber optic patch panels. This is the standard we aim for in our production as well. Thanks for sharing!
feeling motivated, Thanks for your interest
Thanks for the video. I needed that. I couldn't remember how to do a 48 in a panel. Brought it all back thank you . Good job my friend 👍👍👍👍
IT'S all pleasure. Thanks 😊
That's how optical fiber technician works. Stunning video and and useful techniques
Thanks for your comment 👍
best fiber optic splicing techniques. thanks for this video.
It's pleasure that you liked it.
Excellent craft & highly skilled work ,hats off
Thanks for appreciation.. 😍
Great video for fiber optic splicing. Keep it up
Thanks mr. Bilal. Appriciate that
thanks a lot for this educative video it has really helped me
This is a heck lot of work. Most importantly I find you need to be patient for doing this. Even a single mistake can make all arrangements useless.
You made me appreciate your work..
Thank you Mr Rahul. Your appreciation motivate me for more professional work.
Really a Very good content..awaiting for more fibre related video's..
Thanks for your comment. i'll try to provide you more useful content. Keep watching.
16 plus years doing this and never did I think of twisting the buffer tubes back up lol
Is it not bad for the fiber to twist it up like that? Seems that it could fracture it.
Very Good Work
Excellent Service
Good video for tranies for fiber optic splicing... Stunning work. Appreciated 👍
Thanks for your comment
Transvestites?
Love this work.
Thanks bro
I've got that same fiber cleaver and it is awesome
A good cleaver makes a big difference. Mine sucks ass and can make a job 10x longer and 100x more frustrating 🤦🏻♂️
Good work man...!!
Thanks Mr shoaib. Hope it will be helpful for your job .
did this with 4 24 fiber optic kabels in one panel ! it was a peice of art in Amsterdam
really a nice video and helpful content.
Appriciate that.. I'm sharing a link l, hope you will like it too

Appreciated. Good work
My pleasure
professionally done
It seems that you like that video.?
great job, thanks for sahre
This is what we need to know in fiber optic splicing. Nice video
Thanks.
Nicely done ..good work
Thank you and appreciate that
Thanks for your video
It's pleasure 🙂
Good. 310 patch panels left and you can dream about splicing fiber...thats how I felt at my last contract... :))
Wow. It will be a massive work. Hope you did well
I learn a lot. Nice
😊 thanks
Awesome technique, one thing I do before putting all in the cassette is to test every single strand that way if something is broken or bad I don’t have to go trace the fiber back to the splice
Agreed. This is a professional method but sometime we take leverage from our self confidence. This is the example 😊.
Lots of very cool techniques and practices I plan to adopt in my own splicing, but I object to the idea of stripping everything in advance. Some fiber is inherently brittle as shit and the way you’re managing is amazing pretty, but leaves little room for error. Honestly very good work though, I’d love to have you on our crew.
Thanks for your appreciation and it's pleasure that you feels good for me. We stick our projects until testing and commissioning so there are few techniques we found to work fast. 🙂
Thanks for providing this video. This made my concept clear.👍
😊
Super clean, great job
😊 thanks
That is great. Stunning work. But i will suggeat you that make it slow next time with your own voice. It will be easy to understand.
Thank more and more for your video
Thanks for appreciation 😊
Weldon.. ❤️❤️super..👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉
Excellent
Thanks for appreciation
VERY NICE
I enjoyed it your work. It's really helpful content for new splicers. Keep it up. Can you make a video for fiber optic testing.
Thanks and appriciate that. I'll try to make video for power meter testing.
A tip : you can watch movies at instaflixxer. Been using them for watching loads of movies these days.
@Judah Angelo definitely, I've been using InstaFlixxer for months myself :)
@Judah Angelo Yea, have been using InstaFlixxer for months myself :)
@Judah Angelo yup, I have been watching on instaflixxer for since november myself =)
perfect
Personally, I don't like 2 things: firstly, bending the fibers in the tray, secondly, unpeeled pigtails in the tray. We do different things in Poland;) I would like to see measurements, especially 1550 and 1625nm
I appriciate that you comment on our video sincerely. Your comment will be forward to my team. Thanks
Hi would you kindly provide an example video of your technique in Poland?
Yep. we stagger the lengths so they can loop around to the next splice holder. I'm sure you would get some loss on those tight turns. Otherwise great video.
So the first 12 were fine as you did them. The remaining 12, make them a half turn longer. so they flow directly into the top splice holder.
hope that makes sense.
@@dannyradlo4755 I noticed that too. I was amazed you could cut it all like that and know where it would go because cleaving it would cut a little off.
Fibre bending has its own limitations according to Nm ,but that was awesome work. The little patch panel has no space.
I've never done pigtail fiber splicing like this does it matter which color goes to which pigtail as far as where its plugged in at ports say like port 1 top left would it go Blue Port 1 Orange Port 2 from Cable 1? I've only done pair to pair splicing This is very nice
Thank. Yes it start from left to right sequence wise.
Where will to do you work?
Perfect
Thanks bro
Nice
Was there no frp rod inside the cable coming into the splice enclosure?
Yes. There was a steel inside that cable and cable was armored also. One of challenging job in cabling to remove that armored.
the frp is usally secured in those posts after the clamp
Awsome
Thanks for like this video.
Why do you leaves so little slack? We have nearly the same type of splice cassettes and we leave 2.5 revolutions of slack in the cassettes rather than going so direct with the fibers. We could splice the same panel onto 20 cables. How would you do it with only a few centimeters of slack?
Thanks for raising a question. This exercise is based on my previous experience that's why it looks not good but works well. I Updated my techniques as well when i read such comments on this video. Thanks for your interest 🙂

Do you have a video Splicing 1,728 Ribbon Fiber ? Like for underground installs?
Not yet but soon i will make.
@@TeechoVibes that's a heck of a job!!
Hi bro I have 24 core Multi mode fiber, all the cores are in one tube, there are 2 fiber of every color. How to terminate it to ODF properly?
Hi, it's so simple. If there are 2 color in one tube then 1 color will be dotted.
If there is tow blue fibers than one blue fiber will be dotted you just have to see it carefully..
Separates dotted fiber and simple. 1st you can splice simple and then you can splice dotted
@@TeechoVibes bro the problem is the second color is not dotted both are plan, any idea on this
Splice color wise at the end use VFL to identify and arrange on correct number.
@@AliRaza-nh3ov thanks bro did the same thing
it will be nicer if we knew where things come from and where does it go ? or what for is this connection used
Yes brother. I can understand what you would like to say. I made a video with voice but i dont have an idea that you are familiar with our language or not.
Here the link is.

ODF-OPTICAL distribution frame
How do you know which fiber to splice with which fiber?
They is a standard for colour codes on the cables, groups and strands.
What do you use to clean the fiber befote fusion ?
it's alcohol pad, usually pharmacist use them
Thank you
@@vasya5006 you're welcome 🙂
How much time you need finish this job ?
Approx. 4 hours
4:42 when you have 100p faith in yourself and you splicer
AGREED 👍
Let's see
Do speed get divided ??
Yes bro. Video was too lengthy to watch. So i speed up 3x. But you can speed down in media setting of youtube player
fiber net olt lgane mei kitna khrcha aa jata hai koi btayga mujhe
Depends on how much are you want to cover and which model you chose.
Good ☺️🤠☺️
😊 Thanks
How many core is there in each cable?
4 tubes in each cable and 6 cores in each tube. So there was 24 core in 1 cable.
There was 2 cables so i did 48 splices
@@TeechoVibes Thanks.
It's pleasure ☺
I missed my Job as a Fiber Optic splicer in Saudi Arabia - 2011 - 2013
This is sad. Right now i can give you my best wishes. Try and try again. You will find your dream job. InshaAllah
In the casset is poorly armed the pigtails
In my case tag each Pigtails with the international standar and I place them the that order so as not to be searched which thread I have free I give you a 7 out of 10
Thanks for your comment. I learned from viewer's comments and corrected my lot of mistakes... in future you will see us more professional.. beyond your expectations..
It seems bended but PM testing/commissioning was very well. You know why because new cables and pigtails are mainly made with the G657 fibres and these fibres has a smaller bending radius.

nice. it would have been nice if u add some text or audio to tell what is going on
ill try to add. thanks for comment :)
Why the fibers are bending in tray. Otherwise good job. Like it
Thanks for your concern. I'll care about it
👍😃 im worke like uo
Appriciate that. But according to previous comments we need to update our techniques. 😕
Very good work bro but very fast plz slow..
Thanks. We will try to make it good
@@TeechoVibes what was actual time from start to end?
19:00 i dont like that bending :(
Agreed. Actually it was an activity about how we work on site when we passing through pressure. But after uploading this video i got lot of comments for this bending. Now i updated my technique for dressing. I'll show up very soon. Thanks for comment 😍
Please make it slow also your camera not showing all angles good work tho
Thanks for suggestions. I will keep in mind.
Hello sir

Good idea. Thanks
QC failed
bad bends in the fibers and drops. Turn one set of 12 splices (make the fibers half a turn longer) around and get rid of those bends. Will improve overall quality/dampening. and for the love of god... strip the jackets off of the pigtails inside the trays!
It seems bended but PM testing/commissioning was very well. You know why because new cables and pigtails are mainly made with the G657 fibres and these fibres has a smaller bending radius.

Hope problem has solved
@@TeechoVibes Even if the cables have better bending tolerance, it still is bad practice :)
@@Conflict409 appreciate your concern. It was my old work. I updated my techniques. Thanks for commenting and keep commenting 🙂
@@TeechoVibes no, it is a work attitude problem. that R bend can be pass with G652 too.
too bad, that's your choice. it design for 12c each side, so 12c half round , the other need a round . so that's always a circle
Copy. Appreciate your concern.
nice work i build and splice fiber networks daily give my channel a view for timelaspe splicing content
fiber splice god
This isn’t the worst work I’ve seen but also isn’t as great as the comments are churching it up to be. Also industry standard is a loss no greater than .03.
I will care such things in next videos. Thanks 😊
Slow down explain what you are doing
Thank you for your feedback. I'll care about it.

Too fast. did not understand anything, If you do 1 or 2 cable slowly it would help us to understand better. As this type of video is more helpful to person like me who wants to learn.
I understand you concern. You can slow down this video 3 or 4 time in player setting.
Hope it will work for you.
For those of us that don't know anything about splicing, some commentary would have been useful, instead of repetitive music.
thanks. I'll keep that in my mind
Wrong way...
No, it is not great work, sorry mate. Your fibre aligment is terrible and these sharp bends in the fibre cassette? Are you serious? It is a very bad example to others.
That's what we do. You can share your experience through the comment for improvement. Will be appreciated.. thanks
basically came here to say this. all these people complimenting this work are essentially clueless - like the "tech".
This is not training, you are just doing it for yourself, too fast.
I appreciate your concern. This is for mediocres who knows how to work on 2 core or 4 core. I will try to make a video from scratch to end. With details. Thanks for comment
Wrong dressing
Noted.
Next time i will care about it
GARBAGE!!! THE BENDS IN THE FIBRE BEFORE THE SPLICE PROTECTORS IS SHOCKINGLY BAD
Why do people insist on music (mostly shitty music) in tech videos?
What otherwise would have been an interesting video, makes me leave immediately.
Please guy. Stop this asinine choice. 🤯
My voice is worst than this music😁 thats why i choose this music.
Glad to see your comment and noted that. will try to make voiceover in next videos. Thanks
how do you know where they all go to connect them too which wire
Excellent
Thanks 😊
