I really like how making a deal with Lelouch is framed as some desperate choice. No one trusts him, but they all respect him in a way, even Van who has no idea who he is takes one look and understands that Lelouch has both resolve and ability(not physically of course but still).
Still sad when I played the game though I missed recruiting Suzaku though.

Earth route gives you Suzaku, IIRC

@@afierymess2307 Yes and no. You can get Suzaku early if you do a few things in the map you get Kallen in, namely beating the boss with Kallen before he escapes.
I didn't know that so I missed Suzaku until he joins much later normally.

I think Char is trying to say is that Lelouch isn't wayed down by gravity

If anything Lelouch has his own gravity Earth's is nothing to him.
