I love it when Jesse repeats the question, it sounds like he is being difficult because she did answer the question BUT he's showing you that she literally cannot answer the question with a genuine yes or no, it proves her ulterior thoughts and motives.
The most telling part of everything she said is her definition of microaggression. The "victim" defines what the aggression is. So nobody who disagrees can ever be right. It's a "first person to weep" game.

I don't like how random strangers think they get to dictate someone's intent when interacting with them based on how it makes them feel. As if you can be accountable for or even knowledgeable of everyone's personal insecurities and the things they'll take offense to, therefore anyone upset or offended by your actions gets to accuse you of doing it intentionally to them based on some deep seated bigotry or hatred you have of them.
