When this guy was encountered, he was in/on a public street and right of way, not on public or private property. And Officer you can not trespass anyone from anywhere, nor solicit a trespass from anyone. Everything you have ever done to this guy is a crime.

All cases are closed now. I've not seen him ever so don't know if he's made it there to Georgia yet since this last arrest.
