    I’ve Watch this video many times for my love of Zaatar, but if you notice at 1:50 the roots on the Zaatar plant.
    Instead of cutting the plant off it was pulled up out of the ground, that’s why this plant is so scarce in the Middle East now.

    That chef is hilarious. It's the hyperbolic metaphors he's using. "It tastes like a survivor." I feel like you could transplant some of the conversation to a comedy skit and it wouldn't be out of place.

      Tejaswini ch It is cherished and because foragers are pulling instead of cutting Zaatar plants, less and less is growing back in the Spring.
