Watching the follow up the apartment hunting and got to say this is a much better apartment that anything came before, the layout the lightning how modern and clean it looks with alot of open space. One thing I liked the most is the toilet being separate from the mini sink and the shower tub not to far away to cross. Id probably make the living room a bed room with like sectionals lol and add like a screen door to close for the kitchen or maybe just a curtain ah but only if I was truly alone and didnt have guest overs then have the next room as an office work area. I did like your previous one too tho, it looked cozy for 1 person too.

Getting rid of stuff can be expensive. I don't think that $500 was too bad a price, sounds "normal" lol. Also here in Finland, when I wanted to get rid of my old bed, I had to pay a recycler about 100e (107usd) for it. Of course, the deal is better if there are more items, i.e. if you want to get rid of 10 items, then it will cost 300-500 euros.
I have now tried to live as minimalist as possible and when I buy things, I think before buying: Can I easily sell this? If I can't sell, can I easily recycle this? And a bonus question: is this easy to take care of and maintain?

Girl, I hurt for you when you had to pay the recycle shop to take your stuff 😫. I had the same experience but the cost to pick up and what they were willing to buy broke even 😭.

The sofa was not solid at all. I would feel bad to sell it. The bed had no issues, it just was too tiny for 2
