Definitely dig the sheath design but I would have continued the brass and carbon fiber over onto the sheath too. It just looks like it's missing something to me
dude you need precision ground bits for the drilling you’re doing, probably carbide. the chips you’re making and the chatter are a sign. excellent knife making skills though! interesting design!
