Why does free standing furniture make them More expensive ?

Hi Brian - this model in question is one of our largest homes in our premium range and can home all of the family, hence why it commands a higher price tag. In answer to your question; all fixed furnishings are made onsite whereas freestanding furniture is from a supplier.
