- Finally pulled the BMW M6 out of storage. I instantly fall in love again with the most amazing V10 motor & the Eisenmann Race exhaust. I clearly need to drive this car more. Cars & Coffee bound!

I miss my m6. 😭 I had an e63 m6. Not the fastest car in the world. But the way it drives and sounds and shifts and just how smooth it is in comfort mode yet in sport mode the stiffest car ever! It's just insane! I have a c7 z06 now yes bad ass. But its the same car everyday. The m6 can be 2 different cars on different days or the same day!

I have a 2009 E64 M6 Convertible, same color and trim as yours. 107k miles, though and just had to replace the hydraulic unit for $$$ and don't care. I love this car.

How does this car compares to your modern supercars?
Damnnnnnn I miss my v10.
I have an e64 and I'm poor. The preventative maintenance keeps me from fully enjoying my car, but its also an investment. The sound just is ridiculous and it stops traffic when that v10 noise bounces off buildings downtown.

How reliable has it been?
Completely--I have had no troubles with my car. I know there are tons of reports out there but lots can be traced back to lack of support and service. You can't take a big V10 engine and not regularly service it--the cars have come down in price so that many people bought then but neglected maintenance--then BOOM!
