My fav album of the decade is probably ephemeral by mr kitty. Super visceral and poppy while still feeling detached from the usual lyrical tropes of other synthpop artists. The distinct robotic vocals often carry a super helpless or lost feeling which emphasises the dark subject matters discussed in the album. I feel as though mr kitty has a much more poetic way of describing difficult feelings and emotions than many other "emo" artists. This album is a MUST LISTEN!
