Did you notice it starts all black and white and as he realizes that he can get some kind of comfort from deciding to hate you, that the colors begin to appear? Yes, deep, but that is why... he's JK! I believe this was written by Shawn Mendez. JK has done it justice!💜
Shawn Mendez was a co-writer of this song and I think its all about Sean and Camilla. Sean has wanted to work with BTS and vice versa so what an incredible collab!!!! Jungkook *nails* this (as usual) and his acting skills are top notch. 💜💜💜💜💜
There is video clip of Shawn chatting with BTS at one of the award shows and you can hear him suggesting they do something together. I believe Shawn said he would follow them on Twitter or Instagram so they can follow him back and then they can DM.
Purple hair girl is ARMY as Purple is the colour of ARMY.
The scene goes like he writes down HATE and we can see ARMY & him running together amidst a storm, storm represents the hate they got and then purple hair girl ARMY disappears and he hates that feeling too.
The next scene shows LOVE and we can see a BTS concert clip where he is surrounded by millions of ARMY and is sharing a stage with his brothers and that's the place that he loves the most.

nope none of the members have ever been in a public relationship, jk mentioned this in an apple music interview that you can find here on youtube but none of the songs in this album replicate stories of his own, every song in the album is about love as he says it's the most universal language so although these songs are about love stories none of the songs are stories of his own.
It's not his own history because he doesn't write or produced this song. About if they had some romantic relationships we don't know. It's better if we don't assume nothing about his privacy life.

@@djack94 I disagree. He may not have written or produced this song or all the songs on his album but he selected each song as he relates them to his only love. If you have followed BTS from the beginning, especially the year 2016, you will know who he has dedicated this album to. Just listen to the lyrics. It covers his relationship over 10 years.

I think he meant the song for ARMY because he was enlisted in the military because you see the purple for BTS telling the army “I purple you” meaning I love you also and you notice the bomb lights and the crowd of ARMY so he’s really wanting army’s to hate him more than to love him so it’s easier for him to say goodbye when he goes for the military

This beautiful song sounds like his way of coping into going into the military and being away from ARMY for a while, not about any one in particular. The sketch with purple hair (ARMY/BTS color) and he being at center stage surrounded by ARMY says it all. He will miss being surrounded by ARMY. Not to mention this MV dropped days before his enlistment, so he was likely having a lot of emotions. Love you JK! I'm so proud of him and all the members for serving their country and we will be here when you and all the other members return!

No worries, BTS members RM, V, JIMIN, and Jungkook said in a livestream recently, (2 days ago?) that they all filmed extra content for ARMY's for when they are away, songs, dance practices, vlogs, etc. So we will be getting extra content, and around JUNE 12, 2024, JIN will be released, so he will be making and releasing an album. I can't believe he's already been there for a year. And HOBI will be released on October 17, 2024, so no worries. We will have plenty of content, and the guys will be back before you know it.

We don't know details but its ok. JK was pretty depressed for a while during his lives. He spoke to us often and drank a lot. He even fell asleep for 6 hrs with us watching over him. Now we know he was getting over a breakup but he could not talk about it. The album says a lot. I am glad he had us top comfort and be with when he was hurting. Hugs. This song was composed by Shawn Mendes and his writing partner. Mendes had a very public relationship with Camilla Cabello s equally public breakup. I am sure that is the genesis of this song. Of course, this emotion is universal which JungKook beautifully conveys in this song. It is his last video to be released before entering the mitary. In it, I believe the drawing of the purple hair girl depicts JK holding the hand of ARMYS. We break but then thevARMY bombs and the stadium performance in the future.

I think the song represents him going away for sometime and his going to miss ARMY sooo much . He really really loves ARMY and he’s having a mixed emotions dosen’t know how to process.

You still have not reacted to alot of their songs. I am very grateful my husband understood me. Luckily we met through a mutual friend and he started with some insider knowledge. He knew I had never said yes when somebody asked me out. He knew I believed I did not have time for a boyfriend. He drove past and picked my mutual friend and I up from the bus stop and drove us home ' it was on his way '. He continued doing this after our friend left for college. I only learned He had to drive round the block for 20 minutes to be just passing by. He hardly talked to me just listened as I would nervously prattle for 6 months. Eventually I asked him to a party because I felt bad about letting him drive me home all the time, but I was working to save for college. We went out and I had a mental timer on it. I kept trying to push him away. I had to work my way through college. I did not have time for this. He wooed me, not by taking me out or buying things but by driving me to the shop the laundrette etc.. When I worked a night shift he picked me up took me home. Took me to work. He made himself quietly indispensable for 5 years including 3 years long distance whilst I went to college 325 miles away. After 5 years he just turned around out of the blue and said. Right it's been 5 years so you need to decided to commit to this relationship and get married or I'm off. That was the first time he mentioned such a thing. I was shocked. He had never asked or pressured me about anything. He left any progression in our relationship up to me, well 8 months later we married. That was over 30 years ago. We have never split or strayed. The one time I would say you have to ... well not chase a woman but he definitely played me with the finesse of a fly fisherman is when the girl has trust issues. I feel I should add though my husband can be quiet he is also very funny a leader and an ex rugby player at college. A sweet capable determined and quietly ambitious man. Who generally got anywhere he wanted to go in life.

He is not dating anyone I believe; I also feel this song was for army since he is gone now into the Military. The music is simple but elegant, the lack of instrumentation is smart, classy, and freaking awesome, we get to hear his words and feel his emotions through this song. I feel this says a lot about who he is as a versatile artist. Like you said, "His English has greatly improved, no accent at all." Great reaction to this song I feel.
