I am a black gay man! I am proud and loud about my life. However, I am probably one of the few gay people that does NOT believe in gay marriage. It’s my only belief. Still, these couples weddings are beautiful and they seem really happy. In the long run, that is all that truly matters! Peace.

We have not the power to have been born, nor die, nor ALL in between. We are only given a will and once we put it in God's will, then, and only then, NOTHING is impossible. For then HIS will leads us by acknowledging HIM in ALL "OUR" WAYS! Obviously, your understanding had been influenced ever before YOU sought GOD for His understanding will. I believe that this is the way that it was instituted in the first place. Yes, it is MY belief and I am sticking to it. Remember, I am a black gay man. However, gay people should have unions that are recognized and respected, all the way. However, not when it comes to a legal marriage. I know that I am of a minor group of gay people that feel this way. That’s okay with me. To each his own! GOD doesn’t bless marriage unions between gays. HE can’t. Gay people’s love for each other is very real. Just have civil unions, but not legal marriages! Peace.
