OK, the 1/1 is a little fishy, haha. Apparently, all you have to do in order to get a hold of panini is be a famous youtuber and complain about panini customer service.
Seriously I’ve been calling Customer Service every week for 7 months for my white box, every time they tell me 5 more months.
TEN YEARS I waited for a dual hockey auto redemption…… the cards were live, and I think they gave mine away because they were no longer making hockey cards and just wanted to send ppl something….. it was a $250 card and I got points after ten years……. Yeah, nothing is wrong with this picture AT ALL! 🤦♂️
I wouldn't want points at all. I no longer buy from Panini, I just want the two Baseball rookie auto cards they owe me from late 2020.

They email him what cards they are sending before he even gets them. Would be kind of hard to have a natural response unless he just doesn't read his emails. I get it though.

Ill never forget the first expired redemption I pulled in 2004, a 2000-01 Fleer EX. Got a Dirk jersey. Tried numerous times reaching out to Fleer but never got a response. Happy you got something

Hey so today I finally pulled a base wemby prizm after like 20 blasters and 10 megas. The card is veryyy off center, just wanted to see what you & others think, is it worth sending it in? I saw some guy send a cracked ice wemby with a print line through it and got it back in 2 weeks without replacement. Have you or anyone sent off center cards? Did you get a replacement? I really want to send it in even though it's a base I've spent probably $1000 hunting for it. Please let me know!

I actually have 18' & 19' redemption cards I'm not sure WTH to do with.
I hear they no longer take expired redemptions, but other CZcamsrs have gotten cards/packs for theirs & they certainly aren't supposed to show favoritism as we all pay the same for boxes, buy everyone knows they do.
I guess if they won't do anything I should have a big CZcamsr send mine in. 😅
Definitely a mixed bag for you but without knowing what all these replace you'd have to tell us if it was a fair deal.

Have about a .100 average dealing with Panini atm. It used to be a lot easier, would routinely get replacements for damaged cards etc.
