Wizard101 - BEST Pet Making TECH! (Perfect in 12 Hatches?)

- Kore and Boar are here to give Tech in Kore's most FEARED video topic yet!!! In today's BEHEMOTH 30 minute upload, we go in depth on how to genetically clone pet DNA in the most unethical method humanly possible.
Using this method, Kore went from a base noob pet, to a PERFECT all damage pet in only 12 hatches!
Here's the steps!!
1. Determine what pet body & stats you want to get (item cards / set bonuses / talents / appearance) [SELECTION]
2. Find either a friend or kiosk pet that has your desired pet & stats. [HUNTING]
3. Re-hatch with this same pet (or identical pet) until your talents & attributes are identical. When you have the pet duplicated, you now have a “Base” pet. leave this base at ADULT for cheaper hatches [COPYING]
4. Make 1 more copied pet with identical stats. This will allow you to hatch with your own pets. Leave both bases at Adult for cheaper hatches. LOCK these 2 pets! [ESTABLISHING BASES]
5. Continue to self hatch your identical bases, until your desired talents manifest. This can often times be the most difficult part, requiring up to dozens and dozens of hatches at times. [GRINDING] TIP: if one of your adult bases holds a talent you don’t want in your final pet, replace that base whenever you get an adult pet with 2 stats you DO want in your final pet. TIP: Not all pet bodies can be achieved through hatching. Some are “Exclusive Bodies” that can only be received through farming, deckathalon, or other special methods.
Brief Recap: 1. Figure out what your dream pet is. 2. Find an existing pet that matches your dream pet. 3. Hatch with the existing pet until you have a pet with the same Talents & Attributes (Base) 4. Hatch until you have 2 identical BASES of your dream pet. 5. Self hatch your bases until your desired talents manifest. 6. Equip your newly-created dream pet & SET FIRE TO ALL LIVING CREATURES WITHIN THE SPIRAL.

I've been confused about pet hatching for the longest time, and have been watching my pets fail one after another regardless of how much time, resources, and money I've dumped into them. Out of all the other pet hatching guides on CZcams, I'd say this one is the most thorough, and I appreciate that🙌

Quick tip: each of your wizards have their own hatching timers. Create alts if you don't already have them and trade gold to them for hatching. You can then hatch ~12 times a day instead of twice, all without buying the 400 crown elixir. You might need to buy more energy elixirs this way (as trading pets for hatching depletes energy), but energy elixirs are cheaper so it saves some crowns in the end.
Also, once you have a 'base' you can also hatch multiple times before sending the hatched pets back to your main wizard, meaning you would only end up wasting energy once for batches of 6 pets. Of course, this would deplete all of your alts of energy, so make sure you use their energy for gardening or pet training before doing all of this.

@@dotdotpointpoint2286 but with gambling, your not guaranteed to win. But with pet training I dont see any risk, just need the gold and rehatching isn't an issue. Alot would disagree with me. But that's just how I see it. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

W vid, though mighty gives +65 and thinking cap is also as good (cause it gives +65 will) or cautious (+40 will and +25 strength) for a quint damage pet. Though mighty is extremely common in pet trained talents, this should be noted particularly for ultra, tier 4 pet jewels that you'd likely craft.

I feel like the Kiosk isnt that expensive, considering that i'm constantly at the gold cap from feeding every item I get from questing/farming to my pet
80000 compared to just 3 is extremely useful
It kind of is if you aren’t just using p9s. You can just make new chars to get around the hatching timer instead of spending 400 crowns everytime, and getting 80k on the new wiz takes a good amount of empowers

Having an abundance of gold I just hatch in the kiosk with a mega it’s only 100k gold usually and I’ve personally gotten lucky with a perfect mega after a 4 hatches

My best rng was about 3 hatches to match the pet, only thing is it already had 3 matching stats

I personally like taking offspring to ancient, if it manifests three talents I want I hatch it with the mom, next one I take to epic to see, then mega repeating with the highest trained ones with the talents i want
If I’m trying to get a good myth pet like enigmatic ghoulture or mythdactyl but I only have the starter pet will I be able to hatch it? Should I keep trying the kiosk or get someone to hatch with me manually? Or should I try and get a “rare” pet through questing and improve my kiosk odds there? Any help is appreciated.

wait if you have to change out one of the bases swould you create that new base with the lend from your friend or would you just hatch a random pet with your other base to create identical bases again

I feel all of this. viscerally. we just had another pet train weekend and out of 38 hatches, 2 weren't failures. I'm not the biggest fan of pets with 5 damage talents but I think it depends on the school. Storm or Fire, sure. death, life, balance and myth would probably be better off with a 3 damage and 2 resist talents. Ice is just weird because even with 5 damage talents, ice can't hit, and you're better off making a defensive pet. It's just a weird school. Balance is that way too.
I always go for 5 damage on my death because the drain is busted

Do derby talents matter, i have both my bases but one of them has 1 different derby talent then the other and the pedigree is different by 1 because of this. Does this matter? All the pet talents are matching exactly.
Derby talents can only affect Pedigree & price to Hatch!
Are you able to do it without a base pet? I have no one to lend and can’t ever find the pet I need in the kiosk

I take a photo of the pet that I hatch with and just hope it’s there the next day. Usually they are so I just keep rehatching with it until it matches.
