Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪🍪🍪Easy and Delicious 😋 step by step:
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
1 cup flour ( Chaki Ata )
1cup all purpose glour
1tsp espresso / or coffee available
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp sea salt or any salt your choice
Vanilla essence 2tsp
Butter 1cup / 150 grams butter make it 1 cup by adding water
Chocolate chips 1 cup/ as per your choice
Step 1: melt butter as shown in video make it brown not burn add water and make it 1 cup
Step 2: in a pot add sugar, egg and egg yolk, vanilla essence, coffee beat them well add white sugar .
Step 3: in sugar batter add baking soda, sea salt add flour little by little and whisk once little crumbs add chocolate chips.
Step 4 : make shapes and freeze it overnight or for 4-5 hours and bake over preheated oven 180 C, or 350F for 12 -15 minutes.
Step 5: cool it down and serve.
Tip: keep abowl of water inside oven.
