- Recipe for traditional beef goulash soup.
Ingredients for 2 servings
• 300g of lean beef
• 1 liter of beef broth
• 250g of potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon lard
• 1 spoonful of tomato puree
• 2 spoons of plain flour
• 1 tablespoon marjoram
• 1 spoon of sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• salt
• pepper
• 2 balls of New Spice
• 1 bay leaf
Method
1. Cut the beef into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and
press the garlic. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. In a pot
melt the lard, add the chopped onion and cook until golden on a low flame
we fry.
2. Increase the temperature and add the meat. Sauté the meat together with the onion.
We roast until the meat releases juice, which evaporates and slightly
it bakes on the bottom of the pot. A golden brown juice will remain on the bottom of the pot

3. Add puree and garlic, mix and fry briefly. We will add
flour and paprika and mix.
4. Pour over the broth, add salt (pay attention to the saltiness of the broth), add pepper

5. Add potatoes, marjoram and cumin. Cook everything until the potatoes are soft.
