    The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is up in arms over a bill the Trudeau government is sticking to the taxpayers after flying 182 delegates to the COP28 UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai. As the federal director, Franco Terrazzano, explains to Hal Roberts, the final tab was around $3-million.

    Reality check! How does this make sense? Tell it to those lining up at the food bank or those sheltering in a tent. Or those who can barely pay their rent and are just scrapping by.

    QUESTION: Why didn't Canada's 182 conference attendees attend via Webinar- and compile a 3 minute informative video?
    ANSWER: Because the huge cost savings would be common sense.

    This makes me absolutely livid! This government is so arrogant and so wasteful. That’s what the carbon tax went into. 3 M could have bought a lot of water bombers to fight fires and trained a lot of new fire fighters.
