Beautiful country ,tenacious and friendly people. Traditions are being followed all sanskaras are performed. Devnagri script is used yet they r keeping their language vibrant. A visit to Pashupati Nath temple and attending Bhasma Arti is out of the world experience for Hindus. Bollywood influence is almost nil.

The noodles 🍝 you are eating that’s called keema noodles in Nepal it’s my favorite and very famous dish like a momo,chowmin , thukpa and the Chinese salt you are calling that’s called msg( mono sodium glutamate)
