Sir, what about fear, it doesn’t always guide us towards the right behaviour or the morally right behaviour. It constricts us to choose the safe behaviour. It is an unavoidable emotion being human. In situations of whistleblowing, going against a superior officer’s unethical action.. How does fear help?
