- Dry The River perform their incredible track Gethsemane off their 2014 album "Alarms In The Heart" live at The Hospital Club. I also have a quick chat with them beforehand to discuss recording the album in Iceland with Sigur Ros's producer and getting stranded in the middle of nowhere!
This is part 1 in a series of 3 so subscribe NOW for the other videos.

Amazing version of Gethsamane. Dry the River make my pulse race and my feet wriggle everytime i hear you. These guys work so hard, almost old sckool vinyl band world, and to their credit tracks just go from strength to strength. Great interview Zoe, wanna see the Iceland phone footage.
clare singleton Thanks! They really were breathtaking x
I want to go to Iceland time ago, maybe next year, I love this country and don't ask me why!
عبدالله الموحد Its a beautiful place! x
The subtlety of the strat and the emphasis on bass and drums that were mic'd so perfectly...
The whole mix was on point. Harmonies... wow.
This version is somehow more charming than the already incredibly charming album version. Long live Dry The River!
Thanks for the lovely comment! You're right about the recording, a beautiful mix! x
Thank you for such a lovely comment, I was honoured to be able to record & mix such an amazing band!
Great Interview & Live Session ***** xx :)
Clare Elise Thanks Claire! The boys really were amazing x
Well... I know that they intended to play in quite a quiet and calm feeling. But, Matthew's 'flanzer' sound sounds a little bit awkward..
Anyway I really love their song Gethsemane.
