What other diet-related questions do you have?
I am not able to lose weight, no matter what I do. I am at 210 pounds. I have done proper gym with a trainer for 1 year, tried low carb diet, did Intermittent fasting( it was the worst because I gained weight), tried Berberine 1500 mg for 2 months( stopped because I got candidadises) , and I am taking 2 tablets of metformin 500-SR for last 1.5 years along with levothyroxine 25 mg. Still my weight doesn’t budge. It also doesn’t increase though . I have PCOS ( all symptoms but fasting insulin-9.8) and elevated TSH-3.29
This is so frustrating, so I feel for you on this! There is a lot that needs to happen to get hormones (insulin, leptin, etc.) on track not only for you to lose weight but also to get pregnant. Come join an upcoming masterclass where I talk about how weight loss can happen when we take aim at it correctly! fertilitymom.com/masterclass-registration/
Thank you very much ❤
You're welcome 😊
I took out my IUD 3 months ago and had a ”normal” cycle 1 month after that. The two following months my luteal phase is only 8-9 (it was 12 before). And barely any period at all. I eat alot of fish, fruits, vegetable, healthy fats, plant based proteins etc. Is there something I can eat to get back on track? I did a blood test and had folic acid deficency but checked last week and i have good values now after supplementing!
It's hard to say just based off this information, but I suspect there are other things happening that aren't allowing full absorption of things, or maybe there is a nutritional gap that needs to be looked at. I talk about this on my masterclass, so come join the next one! fertilitymom.com/masterclass-registration/
