Brianna, I just wanna say thank you! Influencers use the term "game changer" all the time so it's lost some of it's authenticity, but when you use that term I listen. I've been using your retinaldehyde at night and Dr. Kappel's Vitamin C in the day time and recently added the Is Clinical active peel pads and my skin has literally improved by leaps and bounds in just the last couple of weeks. I was using about 5 products from another popular, less expensive brand and I quit using those for just the retinaldehyde and the vitamin c daily and the is peel pads every other day and my skin is so radiant. I had darkness under my eyes from thinning skin and between the retinal and the vitamin c it is soooooo much better already. The peel pads have transformed my pores. I also started taking astaxanthin and that was the cherry on top. I truly think using better formulated products reduced the irritation and inflammation I was getting from my old products. In the long run it is definitely more effective and cost efficient to use the better formulations. Thanks for all the education!

Your skin looks so amazing❤. Do we know if any of our products can damage the live actives? I read that benzyl peroxide shouldn’t be used for sure. How does this compare to the Photozyme line?
I still love Biojuve. I don’t use it every night but bring it out for several days in a row when my skin just feels uncomfortable. It works like a gem! I put on the living biome at night and by morning, my skin has transformed to calm and comfortable again. I have rosacea and overnight it literally calms the redness and rosacea bumps. It’s amazing!! Do these products work for people of color? I’m having trouble finding reviews with people of color. I’ve seen doctors and aestheticians review the products, but I have not seen any normal people with acne or pigmented skin.

Hi! So to get the best results Dr Hitchcock recommends using the whole system day and night solely for 4 weeks then you can start moving in other brands. Some people just use it with other brands and get great results right off the bat. So just depends on what you prefer to do 🥰

Hi! So products that help rejuvenate the skin will help with pores. But I find the most effective at reducing pores are my growth factor serums such as Neogenesis recovery or skin serum and Plated serums ❤️❤️
Hi Brianna. How does this product fit in with Hydrinity Hyacyn Active Mist? This is anti microbial and though I use it sometimes I don’t all the time because our skin should not be free of microbes. We are designed to live in harmony with them. So if we are putting Hypochlorous Acid on our skin won’t that undo any cumulative benefits of using probiotic skin care products? How do you reconcile these? Thanks!
That’s a great question and Dr Hitchcock can go into it more but Hydrinity Hypochlorous acid is such a well formulated product that it will not destroy the biome of your skin. Dr Hitchcock also says that Hypochlorous acid when used in a mist like that is safe and is s great ingredient for skin conditions. He said it will not interfere with the skin Microbiome or his biojuve products ❤️❤️

Are you going to be carrying Osmosis StemFactor again? It’s my favorite! If not what the one you’d recommend is next best to that for me?
Hi my friend! I’ve chosen to no longer carry osmosis. I highly recommend Neogenisis Recovery or Skin Serum OR Plated Intense or Plated Daily. Both these brands have far better technology and both these brands are like two products in one. They both can replace osmosis stemfactor and osmosis rescue. Neogenesis and Plated are far superior in technology and results. I hope you’ll try one 🫶❤️

They are COMPLETELY different. I use them both in my routine currently ❤️❤️
