The sad thing is that most of, or nearly, everything Eartha said is STILL applicable today. From over 50 years ago to the 90s to the 20s. We had a president make moves to heal (for lack of a better word, given the current global health crisis) from within the country, and was fought every step of the way. Anyone who voiced an opinion, as an American, was ostracized or shunned. It’s really a sad state of affairs given the principles the country is meant to be built on.
