On a street corner
You’ll never see god
In a real long bread line
You’ll never see god
At a baseball game
You’ll never see god
Where wars are fighting
You’ll never see god
In the church of man
You’ll never see god
Looking in a mirror
But, you might see God in a field of flowers
You might hear God when the dolphins sing
You might see God in the pouring rain
You might see God on Christmas Eve
You’ll never see god
When you lose a tooth
You’ll never see god
When you’ve lost your way
You’ll never see god
When you drive your car
