- Howdy y'all! Today we worked on designing the interiors of our starter cottage and our Baba Yaga enchanting setup. We also built some custom fairytale-style trees. Overall, this episode was a nice challenge for me! Enjoy :)

You can break the string and just snip the hanging glow berries with shears to make them stop growing! (Unfortunately they haven't added this feature to vines yet TT)

I think you can shove armour stands into glass blocks, and glass blocks can also be waterlogged. You could try putting a skull into a tinted glass block and then waterlogging it to make it look like it's floating/preserved. Won't have the same vibe as the honey block but I think the effect will come through

if you need extra food/brewing storage down the line, you could break away some space under the stairs and have the tiiiiiniest cute lil pantry to the side 🫢
oh, also, since you mentioned you might do a version of a flower field outside the house (in case this inspires you):
Old homes (where I live, and that I've heard of) usually have a backdoor out from the kitchen (either to access the garden/the barn, if you're living on a farm/sometimes laundry, because it makes it easier for old-day staff's working areas to be connected and contained away).

If you have the space to add a door, you could make a little witchy outdoor area! It would absolutely fit into the vibe of the cute lil remote cottage, and the baba yaga house. You could have more drying herbs/a drying-flowers area, growing crystals and strange alien plants, nether wart and sugarcane (also functional as it's the brewing zone!!), maybe even a little pond/well (to fill water bottles - because your cauldron will run out fast/catch pufferfish for potions)! A small crooked tree would add to the atmosphere PERFECTLY and could be used to hang things from, and you could have one or two dripping lava-cauldrons to add to the vibe (and to use as fuel for the smoker inside).

for pushing the armorstand: it is easier to put the armostand first and push the block in it. also to adjust the hight put it one block lower and then raise it with snow layers ^^

The trees look amazing. I think your process of trying to build based on how trees naturely grow really helped. And it gave me some ideas. Also, I just love it when people combine different leaves in a single tree. Thanks for the inspiration.
A mixture of podzol, gravel, and path blocks would make such a good pathway/ road system for your area!! Love the vids keep it up!!

Bonemealing sugarcane is a bedrock version only but you can bonemeal rooted dirt on the bottom to get hanging roots

- The other thing I would like to... share... or something like that... is that a lot of minecraft youtubers edit sequenses where the speed up the blockplacing or block gathering from first person views... I get quite motionsick when they do that... maby it work differently from a third-person-view?

A little tip with the glowberry vines, you can sheer the bottom of them and they won’t keep growing so you don’t have to put a string there.
i’ve been wondering, your camera angles are amazing! do you use the replay mod? i’ve been having trouble using it myself, and i was wondering if there’s a certain one you’re using! ❤
Thank you! I have not ever used replay actually, but I will when it’s out for 1.21. I have a second account for filming timelapses and shots where I need to build/do something more complex (which I use on my olddddd computer lol). For stuff like my outro, I use the freecam mod. I have a button bound to “control player” so the camera stays still and I can move around. But when I use this, it’s super difficult to do anything but move. I hope this helps! :)

Can I ask what's the version you are playing right now? because you have a free cam mod.
In this video it was 1.20.6 but I have since upgraded to 1.21. There’s a freecam beta on modrinth! And it may even be out of beta now, I haven’t checked.
