The shovel head is pretty powerful, Tim, I’ve had experience with model airplane engines, both two stroke, and four stroke, and I would certainly think the engine would be powerful enough to swing a prop. A prop adapter would need to be fabricated, but probably wouldn’t be too difficult.
I have the same engine and the hall sensor is broken.

Do you know the operating voltage range of this CDI?
I use 7.4v on all of my Cison CDI ignitions, and have never had a single issue
