INGREDIENTS:
For the Shortbread:
2 cups (250g) plain/all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (65g) cornflour/cornstarch
3/4 cup (150g) caster/granulated sugar
3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened and cubed
For the Caramel:
3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar
1 can (14oz/397g) sweetened condensed milk
For the Topping:
1 and 1/4 cups (220g) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
Sea salt, for sprinkling
