This is a pitch for a wholesaling real estate course. I break down why I believe this to be a fake guru course.
Everything I say in this video is my opinion and should not be taken seriously. The term 'fake guru' is used to describe someone selling a get rich opportunity by claiming that it's easy, doesn't require any money, and/or doesn't require any credit. Given the nature of the real estate business, these claims are typically not valid, which is what leads me to label some tactics for selling a course as being fake guru.

She's actually my former client/friend and if you know her story it's very sad to see her selling these courses. She is incredibly smart but this doesn't make her look credible. We're both from NYC and I told her a few years ago, to get her business in order because these gimmicks won't last forever. She actually got mad and accused me of being jealous. I tried to teach her how to do actual real estate as a Broker/Investor.
She doesn't own any real estate and she was incredibly beautiful without these enhancements. I'm disappointed in this video. I would call her but she's not going listen. She is NOT high income at all. Followers don't equal money. She went through my company for services, another reason we fell out because she couldn't maintain payments. I hope this course from her mentor has substance or so many ppl will be scammed.
