I've just remembered i have a layer cake, panel, border print and other yardage from "The Potting Shed," Moda fabric, a few years back, that would go lovely in the book. 😁

I’ve just started slow stitching / hand embroidery (I’m a quilter/cross stitcher) and I’m going to jump in both feet first and join this Field Notes stitching journal adventure! I’ll be going back and doing the sample pages from 2 yrs ago to get me started😊. I tried to find your Pinterest board but no luck (RJOS#6: Field Notes) but no luck. Is it b/c I’m in the USA???

I read the Enid Blyton books as a kid. I live in the US and have had a life long interest in English literature. 😊

@@reginaeid1568 I got it online at from a company called Hearst Magazines. They don’t post outside the UK it seems so I’ve had it sent to a NZ post shipping address and will get them to send it to me. 💗
I once bought one online as I was missing a volume and it cost me $60 including the postage 😩

Can't wait to get started! I do have a question... When you say 3 prompts per season, does that mean we will be doing 3 pages per season? I know you say to do what ever we want normally but I'm one of those people that need to get the whole picture at first. Lol 🤔 Thank you for all the great ideas for inspiration !!
You can decide how many pages per prompt. Sometimes I might do a single page and sometimes a double. I will just do what I feel as the prompts come out. If you have a larger book you might only do 1 page but if it’s small you might want a double to give you more space. You don’t need to worry about it now as it’s easy to add more pages if needed. Just decide as you go along

In Australia I have found it at the Newsagent where they sell magazines. You might be able to search for it online. It’s a British magazine.
I am looking forward to doing this project. How many pages do we dedicate per season? Is each season meant to be all on one page? Poppies bloom in the spring in WI, USA. I have a Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic book from 1998, and it is very much like the Counrty Living magazine. I love that style and need to try harder to replicate it!

I was given it by my sister. She designs and prints the fabric herself. You can buy it from her ETSY store- www.etsy.com/au/shop/roxycreations
She is sold out at the moment but keep an eye on her store as she may list some more.

Yes anyone can participate. A prompt is what we reveal every two weeks for the project. It is best that you watch all videos in the playlist to understand how it works.

How long should our Linen page be?
It will be different depending on your book size and how many pages you want to do. You don’t need to decide now as it’s easy to add more if you run out.
