I accidentally found a fix for my smartphone and its a little bit weird. Based on the un-commanded inputs , i narrowedown the problematic area was about 1.5 inch below from the top right , so i just torqued up all the screws a little bit more and the problem disappeared.

im xiaomi 8 pro user and this "ghost touch/auto touch" also happens to me often had to turn off and on screen to work normally again.
But i have fixed mine. What i did is i logged out my mi account on my phone and the "ghost touching/auto touch" never happened again. Hope this one helps.
