COMBO BREAKER is a community-driven conventions, shows, and apparel brand dedicated to competitive fighting games. Established in 2015 by the Hadou and Gaming Generations, COMBO BREAKER has grown into an international brand name for fighting game fans from all corners of the genre. Each year COMBO BREAKER celebrates open brackets, player camaraderie, screen printed t-shirts, and one of the most passionate communities competitive gaming has to offer.

Spags commentary was amazing. Proper ole school beefing style and at the same time its clearly understood its all love between the two commentators. Anybody who didnt like his commentary is way too thinskinned.
It's not even about that lol. The he just repeats half of what TastySteve says and caps out the mic. He has 3 catchphrases on repeat the whole commentary lol. And he's not being clever, he just says they're trash and yells lol.
Sucks cause he knows a shit ton about the game. But he never hypes the technical stuff, he just whispers when he explains the tech lol.

I will say, Spag is not as good as commentating games when sitting next to Tasty Steve. He kind of just makes noises and states the obvious like "the damage".
Steve will call out moves and combos, which I appreciate because it helps me understand what's going on under the visuals.
If Spag was trying to go for hype factor in his commentary just due to the height of the event then it’s inevitable to be outshined especially next to the Hypest Man in the FGC. But Spag does better normally when he does the analytical commentary when next to a color commentator; doing short explanations to why certain moves work as they did in the moment/ the technical strategic jargon
Spag commentary is either misunderstood or idk, mans did his job as a commentator and brought hype lol (except when he said he wouldn't rag Cuddle, naa bruh rag everybody fair and square)
But what happened in between the last 2 matches?! How did the energy drop so much??
It's like they received a noise complaint after the second to last match and then had to contain themselves on the final match.
