This is really helpful and every CBR250 R owner needs to know about this. I have myself got the Diode replaced , my friend was told by Honda ASC to replace the lockset for 11k.

You can check the wires in lock by yourself when you start facing same problem as explained in this video. Mechanics shall not do it for you because they want to make money in thousands, not just in hundreds.

Cheap ka to pata nahi but standard hi aata hai. Khulta bike ke front suspension ke upar ki or se hai long spanner laga kar.
Bhai, my cbr250r bsv4 2019 model fuel pump motor sometimes not working most of times working , what can be the issue, is the diode value same in lock set of bsv4 model, or should I change motor, if it's motor problem then plz 🙏 give me purchase link of best motor having good through of petrol ⛽️ like stock one thx plz reply soon I live in village and I'm very helpless
There is no diode in bs3 and bs4 models diode was only imported model like 2011, 2012 and some 2013 only. After that they stated production in India. And issue can be because of loose circuit in kill switch or loose battery terminals. Honda parts are already best.

My cbr 250r 2011 model has also problem..my fuel pump is not turning on.. although it's working properly...only I have fuel pump issue...what should I do?
Just check this zener in your lockset.
Where can I get this zener
First you can check your lock set I think only soldering is loose if it is not working. You can check for this zener on a local shop of radio and tv mechanic it is called 5volt Zener or if you don’t find, you can ask me I can send you at your address.

Khraab to nahi hoti but usme air bubbles aa jate hai aur wo fir ek baar me nikalte nahi hai aur fuel supply proper nahi rahti.

Ignition maine bech diya ab nahi hai. Diode agar lena hai to 5-9 volt ka le lo.

After key is on and power kill switch is also on but digital meter won't worked

Battery and all of fuses are checked and it's all are fine but not started it

Bro my lock set not working properly but if i spray wd40 in to lock set the fuel pump sound is very loud crisp and clear but after 1or 2 months the working become weak and dull what is the problem

@@randm2901 so it is simple that there is some rust inside lock as you know wd40 is a rust cutter. Just spray it until lock set get filled and key in key out and on off and spray until you get clean wd40 coming out of lock. You can also check bottom of lock set there will be some rusty wd40 coming out of lock cover. Or you can take lock out and clean it properly.

Bro keyset price I have a same model but non abs tricolour cbr 250r 2k13 model what is the price of the keyset
For 2011 and 2012 it is approx 11000 but after that it is I think 6k

Nahi mat karna nahi to ecu me problem ho sakti hai wo wire direct ECU ko jata hai.
Aur usme bas 9 volts aate hai.

Fuel pump nahi chal raha or ECU heat ho raha hai to pahle kisi aur CBR 150 ka ecu laga kar check karo ho sakta hai ecu hi kharaab ho. Fir uske baad bhi na chale to batana ok. Please Subscribe.

@@kanusharma1036 i think fuel pump me hi koi problem hai kyoki jab accilator open jo tab fuel pump ko supply badhani chahiye jis se engine stable rahe but aapki bike me esa nahi ho raha hai.

@@kanusharma1036 Ecu me jaldi se koi problem nahi hoti jab tak us me koi modification na ki jaye wo thik hi rahta hai. Agar aapne kuch esa kiya hai to bhi ho sakti hai. Ek baar injector aur fuel supply ko clean kar lo throttle body ko bhi thik ho jayega kuch kachda aa gaya ho pipe me sayd, agar fir bhi na ho to wiring ka fault bhi ho sakta hai.

Mera engine kill switch on karne me kabhi kabhi fuel pump on nahi hota hai. 2-3 baar switch on off karne par fuel pump on ho jata hai. Waise agar chabhi se direct on karein to fuel pump asani se har baar on ho jati hai. Shayad engine kill switch me koi problem hai
Ha switch me problem ho sakti hai use theek se check kar lo, par jaisa aap bol bol rahe ho ki key se direct on karne par ek baar me ho jati hai to me suggest karunga ki ignition switch ne jo wires hai unhe jaroor check kar lena kahi kisi ki soldering loose to nahi ho gayi.
