"Did Marc create Steven to hide from the world, or did Steven create Marc to punish it" is a good question because it asks Marc to confront the actual originator of them being who they are: their mother.
But as we come to find, Marc didn't create Steven to hide behind, but because he needed his own hero, which for him was a 'normal' person who loved his mother, and that love was reciprocated back because the "real" Steven Grant was a fictional character in a movie, not a real person he could look up to. Steven only became a shield to hide behind as time went on, but Steven grew beyond that without Marc's input because Marc never talked to him until recently. Aware of him yes, but you can't get to know someone without speaking to them.
He really didn't know Steven as much or as well as he thought he did until this episode. He's genuinely surprised.

I think it will end in a cliffhanger we might see layla in the post credit scene that she might posses by an avatar maybe she might turn to Scarlett scarab maybe in season 2 or this is probably power for me i think we might see blade recruting moon Knight just like black knight in eternals it may setup a mid night sons movie with doctor strange so i guess moon knight will appear in werewolf by night we might see them battle this is just a theory idk if its gonna be true or no

you should do this with the event that arguably happens before or after the events of Moon Knight and that's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, I personally think Multiverse of Madness happens first then Moon Knight but it hasn't been confirmed yet
