Nice one! I did manage a first finish there myself once, although it was a 20:16, nearly a year ago (and, at the time my slowest of 3 runs there!) I am around double your age, though, too, and have only managed sub 20 once on that course... (I also finished a couple of places behind D Mills on my one visit to Eastbourne parkrun, last September, with Will Mills between us)
