When she goes in to make deals, it's not a behavior teaching class, it's a business situation and if she makes remarks like that or doesn't know when to make decisions, she misses some.

There exists other investors out in the world besides just this show. Truth is, she doesn’t need them and she doesn’t need to give up that equity, I think Cuban was being a bit condescending, she has a reasonable offer, and she stands firm on it, good for her. The panel can act all superior when they don’t get their way, but the girl knows what she’s doing.
Never tell someone they are not the target consumer. Business 101.

People buy supplements because its cheaper to buy a bottle of zinc you can take daily vs buying healthy food that has your vitamins and having to eat it daily to supplement your vitamins. This product is for the very wealthy and not for the average consumer.

It's funny how you think that's subconsciously. What really happens is that producers come out and are on the set and they guide everyone how to act. The reason there's more and more drama is because producers saw the ratings go up and they're subtly introducing more drama. It's more like a soap opera now than an investing show.

Robert taught the same lesson before, for example, he gave an offer to the founder of MontiKids just like this, changing the decision of initial refusal. But the MontiKids founder tried to negotiate a lot, and finally when she said yes, Robert immediately turned her down.

Well of course they are. They’re worth hundreds of millions (or billions in Marks case) and they have someone asking them for money to fund their own dream. Usually insanely risky. They don’t need to be there.

The deal was fair she came in asking for 10% she must of known she was going to have to give a little… I mean it’s not new technology or something never done before and the that industry is fighting for shelf space and it wasn’t really healthy… when she negotiated twice then said “oh it was just once” she showed her true colors and Robert saw more of her personality and didn’t like it. Fair enough
