Delve into the making of our bravest heroes, our show-runners, and our team captains. This WanderOn’s Team Captains Programme is to encourage them to be on their personal best always with the focus to inculcate skills that help a leader lead, even during emergencies.
In WanderOn we value respect, friendship & safety and with this programme, we demonstrated hypothetical situations and solutions to prepare our leaders for the foreseen future.
We prioritise women's safety and our team captains have a zero-tolerance policy for the same.
We also guided them with a personality development session which will help them in leaving an outstanding impression on the clients.
This is a way of introducing captains to you so that you’ll know that every trip of yours with WanderOn will be led by the best of the best!
