High expansion foam test in fuel cell

  • High expansion foam is released in the fuel cell during a function test April 23, 2015 at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, Mo. The test insures there is adequate water supply and concentration of foam to suppress any fire that may occur in the facility. The foam is designed to reach up to 16 feet. The test is part of the Department of Defense’s unified facilities criteria to ensure the safety of Airmen and aircraft.
