⚠️ Warning! Ghasts in Mort Myre swamp may rot any food you carry. If one of your required items is edible seaweed, jangerberries, king worms or lime, there is a chance that you may lose it; pack druid pouches or multiple food items to be safe.
📝 Untradeable items for Malignius (press CTRL & F to search items you need):
- Crushed gemstone (from failing to cut an opal, jade, or red topaz, or smashing one with a hammer)
- Red vine worms (dug up in McGrubor's Wood west of Seers' Village)
- Clean volencia moss (Obtained in Karamja during the Jungle Potion quest. Must have gotten to the part where you need to obtain Volencia moss.)
📝 Grand Exchange/Tradeable items (press CTRL & F to search items you need):
- A clean Avantoe herb
- Baby dragon bones
- Blue dragon scales (blue dragon lair in Taverley dungeon)
- Charcoal (search the specimen trays in the digsite or buy one in Tai Bwo Wannai or Shilo Village)
- Edible seaweed (from killing rock crabs, sea snakes or rock lobsters, or from a spawn in Mos Le'Harmless. Also note that ghasts can turn this into rotten food.)
- Fat snail (from bruise blamish snail or blood blamish snail in Mort Myre)
- A clean irit (he has a chance of calling this an irit leaf)
- Grapes (respawn in Cooks' Guild and the V.T.A.M./Phoenix Gang Lair; dropped by guards and goblins; stolen from wine stalls)
- Jangerberries (you can grow them with Farming or find them west of Yanille)
- Jogre bones (kill any jogre)
- King worms (from the swamp near the Grand Tree in the Gnome Stronghold)
- Lime (buy from Heckel Funch in the Grand Tree)
- Mort myre fungus (use your silver sickle (b) near the logs in Mort Myre)
- Mort myre pear (use your silver sickle (b) near the bushes in Mort Myre)
- Mort myre stem (use your silver sickle (b) near the downed branches in Mort Myre)
- Nature talisman
- An unopened oyster
- Potato cactus
- Mosquito Proboscis (see Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup czcams.com/video/WD6nbfFWlvs/video.html)
- Raw cave eel
- Red spider's eggs
- Slimy eel
- Clean snapdragon
- Snape grass (3 spawn on the Hobgoblin peninsula just west of the Crafting Guild)
- Supercompost
- Uncut diamond

- White berries

this quest took like 45 mins cause of the item thing with the secateurs. I had no idea the items were unique so i went back n forth to the island in the swamp like 4 times.... don't forget to look at your personal quest log boys

Having a slayer cape is really useful because it lets you teleport right into the throne room without a staff
If you have 99 slayer before doing this quest then you need to quest more

Quick tip, if you have 99 Slayer ( yes don't judge me, i'm maxed and didn't do the quest ) you can use the Slayer skillcape to teleport instantly to the Slayer Master Chaeldar, saves you from using wicked hood and dramen staff

if u get the king worm buy 2 because they always go bad. i had to run back like 3 times.
Question , i completed the 1st quests but idk why i dont have the option for General chat , im so lost , what do i do ?
mine say i need a mosquito proboscis and a dragon scale why? and how do i get the proboscis?
if youve done that one quest that gives you the river boat you dont have to run through ghast anymore
I have all 3 items on me and when I talk to the nature spirit my character tells him I still need to go get something. I have the avantoe herb, Irit leaf, and blue dragon and of course secateurs.
Have you tried clean herbs yet? I had the same problem and tried grimy herbs first and then cleaned them and it worked.

Make sure to read what the nature spirit is requiring u to bring. it asked me to bring red spider eggs a red vine worm and a fat snail.

I didn't want to go thru swamp so I teleported to barrows and went west
why not just grab the mort myer items while running through the swamp?
On fsw u have to spend atleast 1m for each
I've looked all over the comments, the quest list, etc and can't find where this is supposed to require Jungle Potion.
there's a list of items you're gathering during the quest and there's a chance of needing to gather one of those herbs you can gather after jungle potion so that's the reasoning
