I think this might be late 92 - early early 93 because this sounds way more clear than all the other home demos and kurts voice definitely sounds like its from somewhere in that time period, and at the end he is most likely talking to courtney about some sort of stench which might have been the aftermath of frances taking a shit or something lmao
and plus the guitar he's playing really does not sound like his stella harmony guitar and if you listen closely you can hear the high E string being strummed which could not be possible for the stella guitar because it was missing the high E string, which leads me to believe that this is his "nixon now" guitar which he got in either september or august of 1992 according to my research. this is definitely 1992 or 1993.
There is most likely a cardboard box full of tapes with gems like this in the vault. We will never hear them while Courtney is alive, for multiple obvious reasons.
