3CRS Inactivation Ceremony

The 3rd Component Repair Squadron inactivated on June 3.1991. This video was taken by my roommate and myself
and has been cut stightly to allow for time. All information
about the 3rd CRS at the end of this video came from the
handout given on that day.

Why was CRS inactivated? Obviously this was before Pinatubo
