If we have to choose a GOAT in women's college basketball history, it's Pearl Moore. Actually, I don't like having to choose; it's so hard to compare across eras. She is certainly one of faces on women's basketball Mount Rushmore. Pearl Moore, Lynette Woodward, Caitlin Clark are all on there.
I been to her basketball center numerous times where her autograph jersey is on display. She truly deserves to be enshrined in the BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME.
I don't like the fact that people are making a big deal of Caitlin Clark being about to break the scoring record. It is actually really dumb to rank people by stats. As they said, during Pearl's time, there was no three point line. It was a different time back then. Caitlin Clark is an amazing player, but there are many factors involved what makes someone great. I just think it's silly to compare people by the total number of points. I guess ultimately there isn't any other way to compare people.
