My oldest son is the father of 3 his oldest and youngest live they mother so he,s bringing his son on his own and he,s doing ok, my 2 son is bringing up his 3 kids on his own since they,r mother walked out on them again he,s doing a good job , I,m so proud of my 4 sons my 3,and 4 boys and their partners are all doing a great job with them , me , I sit back and smile because I,m lucky I have good kids and grandkids. His daughter is transgender , he’s a lovely loving father he’s done a brilliant desert island disk radio 4 on the subject very real and truthful someone coming from a very working class welsh town he admits he found it hard he was brought up in a generation were there was prejudice against sexuality he had to learn a lot and except his daughter very beautiful touching interview 💖
I'm glad you exist too, because we made Stereophonics what they are today. Seen them live a few times now. Absolutely amazing. Not all bands can deliver even if you like their music. No problem Phonics. They problem I have is with Kelly Jones, my girlfriend likes him a bit too much for my liking 🙄

The video is so heartwarming, and it’s lovely to see a supportive dad having a great relationship with his daughter. Teens at school will pick on anything that’s different and it takes courage to be who you are, and love and happiness is worth it. If one person accepts you like a parent, then the other stuff doesn’t matter. 💖 The only thing missing from the video: the gorgeous Kelly Jones

Heard this and was inspired to download it there. Then noticed it's 22 years newer than the oldest Stereophonics music I own, quite impressive to still be making tunes this decent after that long. Most musicians are finished long before that lifespan
I’ve recently found more music from them and bought yep more cds obsessed with them again

In this case the father clearly starts to except that he is daughter wants to be a boy and has a lot of boyish tendencies

Great song and realised that the location of the video is a cricket ball throw of the house I grew up in and my parents still live.

As a gay man and a Stereophonics fan, I'm really grateful to see this video.
I have to say one of the things I like the most of them is that their music is truly for the people. No matter what mood you are, or what you are going through, there's always a song and a video.
What it's not nice to see are the antiLGBT comments here. That is a sign that those people who submit them have not understood anything.
But it doesn't matter, because this song is much more powerful than all their hate.

My daughter came out at 13 and 15 now showed her the video and big hugs cos she relates and opened up more about girls flirting at school with her such a strong person to be yourself family love and support every step I just want my girl to be happy xxx
