Love the front elevation. Would’ve loved to see this home staged. Huge one story. Huge space between homes compared to the usual 10feet. Glad you show the plan at the end. This was hard to follow. Did you ever consider a videographer and talking as you do the walkthrough?

Hello, can these homes be modified? For instance I would like a fireplace and hardwood flooring throughout, also a screened lanai as well. I been on the website looking into the homes in the babson park, frostproof, the highlands, and Avon park area as these are the most affordable. I see some of the move in ready homes have carpeting. Can that be removed and hardwood floor vinyl or laminate be added ?

I thought that the Lexington had really high ceilings and a badass kitchen what happened.
The exterior and lot get an A+ from me. The inside...meh. I'd change up a few things inside, design-wise.
