Amy I am a mother of twin boys they also were in two sacks one is blond with blue eyes and one has brown eyes and brown hair. I had natural child birth and one of them was breached .They were born two weeks early and 15 minuets apart. My labor was only four hours long. They did need to use forceps for my second twin but he was alright just a little black and blue . c section would have been so much harder because you need to heal. and its so much harder to nurse your babies. I felt very blessed to have twins they were all natural and very blessed to have them natural child birth . good luck to you they are so much fun. my twins are turning 35 years old. It does get easier as they grow.
Hi there, C-section mommy here. I don’t remember having any difficulties. I started walking on day 2, just a little bit of walking, as long as you wear your binder immaculately, you should heal just fine. I wasn’t in a lot of pain, but I made sure that I did a bit of walking and not lay down all day the whole time. Just make sure you take it easy, not too much heavy lifting. Good luck!
Beautiful vlog remember take it easy and enjoy the quiet and peace of pregnancy the best feeling about being pregnant is how your body changes. So relax fill the bathtub up and relax and watch your boys move around it's amazing for me it's been 22yrs lol but I still remember. So happy for you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m a c section mama! More specifically emergency c section. The best advice I have is to spend the first 5 days in bed, the next 5 days in your room and the following 5 in your house. I actually spent a month in my house and did not touch a thing in terms of housework and I recovered so well! All I did was focus on bfing and we’re currently 15 months in and still doing well! Best of luck xx
I’m a c section mama! A family car, it's actually happening Bradley and Amy are having babies, it's just wonderful 😁. It's smart that you're buying clothing that can transition from pregnancy to postpartum👍🏾. Sweet vlog Amy, thank you for sharing and enjoy the rest of your weekend 💙.
Belly bandit c-section recovery briefs were recommended to me and were a god send to making you feel secure post op! Good luck, my planned c-section was the most incredible experience 💕 xxx
I had an emergency C Section and was amazed at how I was up and about the next day! Obviously you have to take it very easy and I would say accept all offers of help. I had no problems with the stitches which dissolved and the scar is discreet. I also didn't really need the painkillers (Cocodamol). No soreness, no pain. I am so pleased we have this option for everyone's sakes but particularly the babies. xx
I had twins girls, 3 months ago. They were 2 sacs, 2 placentas. I had a c-section because they were both breech. I was so nervous as I’d only ever had vaginal births previously and wanted a vaginal birth with these too. It wasn’t as bad as I thought, it’s like you just get on with it and smile through the pain because the babies make you so happy. I’m fully healed now and feel great. Looking back I wish I didn’t stress and worry as much as I did, as it ruined my pregnancy. I was just over the moon they were here and we were all safe. Recovery will be hard but the actual procedure is a breeze, unlike vaginal deliveries. Wishing you all the best and can’t wait to see them on the vlogs x
A top tip a midwife told me too. They recommend air drying your incision daily, she recommended using a hair dryer. I found this a life saver on hot days and after showers x
I’m a C-section mama! Though nearly 12 months postpartum. I will say just take it easy and don’t put pressure on yourself when it comes to breastfeeding (if that’s what you choose to do) my milk didn’t come in till 5 days after having my son but he had already been in formula since birth and ended up sticking with it up to now! Recovery is slow and hard but as long as you have plenty of on hand support you will be fine! ❤
I’ve had 2 c-sections, last one being 2 weeks ago. I’d say high rise underwear and clothes. I was swollen all over after so need to size up. Take it easy, don’t rush into trying to clean the house etc. don’t worry about the procedure, I had 2 positive experiences of csections! Xx
Hi. Lovely content as always. Meal prep and freeze some meals in readiness for your recovery which will be a god send. I would say eat lots of nutritious food, accept the help when its offered, but have time for just the four of you especially when youre first home from the hospital as those days are precious bonding days. Enjoy the rest of your weekend 🤍🤍
Lovely vlog and your house is looking beautiful. Look forward to seeing your new car - how exciting! You must be on cloud 9 with all the changes this year, you deserve it ❤
Ive had 2 c sections 1 emergency 1 planned. Recovery is long if your someone who finds it hard to rest. I just couidbt sit still tried doing housework early and longed out recovery causing me to feel sore for longer. Howeber if u fully take it easy for almost 2 weeks you should be ok if planned x
Hey hope your well, over the bump leggings/bottoms are a must after c section. After my first c section i had to cut all my leggings a little at the waist just so they would not irritate the c sectioned area. Second time I was prepared and honestly it made a big difference
I had a c section and it wasn't too bad, one thing you will certainly need Bradley to look after the babies for the first hours at least, just one thing I was so sick afterwards from the morphine and a friend of mine experienced the same thing, but recovered quickly, everything else was fine, recovered well, wonderful feeling when they are born ❤xx
I was induced at 39 weeks with twins (otherwise would have probably gone over 40 weeks for sure) vaginal birth and the boys weighed 7.7lbs each!! Good luck with the pregnancy journey
I had a c section with my 2nd i would definitely recommend high waisted clothing, and a tummy support really helped me, also maybe a breastfeeding pillow as for me it was uncomfortable without, hope that helps xx
Hi hun I'm sorry I'm watching your video now I just wanted to say I had a c section I had a emergency one because my placenta stopped growing my baby nearly die inside of me he come out at 34 weeks pregnant he was premature little one and I can't believe you look so good been pregnant with twins you still look beautiful like always hun and your video was amazing I just love you so much hun
Good morning beautiful amy babe I hope you Bradley lottie and luna and your twins are well it's so lovely to see you again thanks so much for sharing your wonderful vlog stay safe babes xxx
Hi honey, hope you’re well I’ve had two C-sections and the thing that stuck out to me the most was I had an uncontrollable cough. I would recommend this is the case for you as well. Hold a pillow on your stomach and cough with the support of the pillow against your stomach. It got so bad for me the coffin someone had to open up their child baby bottle so I could just drink for me so I didn’t cough so hard, I was embarrassed, but it needed to be done. try and make sure you move around the house as well so you allow your legs to have a good circulation and rise them up when you’re sleeping. I hope that helps I know everyone goes for a different experiences. I think you’re going to be a great mum been watching your videos for a long while now and it’s always made me relaxed and calm while doing chores. if there’s any spelling mistakes in this, I’m sorry I’m dyslexic I gave it a go, my best shot 😂 xx
