I strongly suspect the UFC sabotaged the translations by intentionally hires poor mandarin speakers or manipulates native mandarin speaking Chinese.
Ufc should simply contract with Helen as part of their Asian expansion. She would make a fantastic Ambassador for the sport in China. Working at the Chinese PI, working with fighters. Bridging the gap between the Asian fighters and the UFC to make sure their accommodations are met. As well she could do commentary both English and Asian. As well as fighter interviews and a weekly show on the Asian expansion and new Chinese programs. As well as hosting any Chinese mma events for fight pass. The possibilities are ENDLESS.

Yan's fights are really fun to watch, she puts in WORK. Would be cool to see her face off against Zhang Weili too. Lots of good fighters from China these days, and they usually fight hard as hell and earn their way.

Personally I would love a 1 hour weekly show on Chinese fighter profiles. Almost a "fight week" program... small bio on the fighters. Their training and what the pi and ufc is doing for them. Helen would be MAGNIFICENT at this. She would make the ufc money handnover fist on Chinese TV. And really any and all Asian markets. Not to mention that she is an absolutely stunning woman. No doubt one of the best looking women alive rifht now. Especially on TV. Very few can compete with her looks wise... and her knowledge of fight sport is huge. She is the total package.

Zhang and Yan are two different animals in the fight game.
They're both aggressive, with Yan being the classical Sanda-boxing based technical striker with takedown defense that prefers to keep it a striking match, much like Muay Thai-boxing based fighters like Marina Rodriguez and Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
Weili is an all around Sanda/Muay Thai/boxing/BJJ based technical brawler and counterfighter, that can grapple and strike. She has 3 Championship titles in 3 different promotions, with a 21 fight win streak and 17 finishes for a reason.

why hasnt the UFC should hired you for translating Chinese fighters. I feel like the current ones dont say everything the fighters say. They seem to get shy or dont know how to say everything in english.

when you cut to helen's floating head make sure to not center her face directly in the middle of the frame but rather use 3/4 rule and give room for her face to have expression and breathe. That first cut away is kinda fast and close, the same shot with a different framing gives a little more room for both helen's face and for us to ingest as an audience.
@@c3bhm still the framing can be adjusted to fit her face more nicely rather than pressing it to the front of the screen. even if you have to push frame super close. think memes even when they only show eyes.

I dont know alot about this fighter i dont understand how she believes she deserves title shot over joanna. imo zhang vs joanna n poirier vs hooker have been fight of the year. I think joanna will fight vs rose and zhang winner. the strawweight division is stacked for sure
Because Joanna hasn't fought since march... all the other rankings are moving. "the queen" can take back seat until she puts the work in
