  • Fabledom continues and we work very hard on making CupboardVale look wonderful! We try to fill in a few gaps here and there with lovely decoratives and then we receive a quest to add more nice things, so we build even more!
There are plants, benches, banners, towers, even a musical garden! Everything is all very pretty but how do we fare in the beauty contest that sometimes pops up?
With our CupboardVale army now trained a little bit and Fergus at level four, we're able to carry out Farrah's quest to continue our courtship! Our people trudge off to Farrah's place and my goodness they're gone for a long time.
Also we train even more soldiers, there's another dragon and we decide that our main trade item will be iron.

If a troop dies, go to your hero hut and bring them back to life at the same cost as re-training another. Remember, the good guys never die in fairy tales ;) Good vid.

Indeed. They never die in these [things], they just get big boo-boos. (With apologies to George of the Jungle. ;) ).

You realize that you moved the woodcutter to where they could plant more trees and then you filled most of the planting area with roads and this 11:29 . Lol. You're great.

If you find that you want to start a commoner area but don't want the expense of the entire lot at once, you can do so by putting down the condo, laying out the shape, putting down a single house, and boom. I use this to plan out multiple-condo areas to make bigger town squares and whatnot. It also means your builders don't get bogged down in building the housing when you need them to urgently build another sawmill or something, please (even with priority on the other, they will often finish houses first). It also means you don't use up all of your resources at once.

❤That was a lovely episode. So many pretty decorations. Do remember you can put decorations in people's gardens if you start running out of room ❤

Moving the stone & iron camps would be a good idea

      @TheGeekCupboard  Před 2 měsíci

We can't move them, they have to go where the stone and iron is!

@@TheGeekCupboard I mean, when one stone is depleted, could you move the camp onto a full stone deposit?

Ah, I have tried it (off camera) and no, it's a one use thing. It's now just a lovely feature of CupboardVale!

Ah, I was worried about the lovely pile of iron that suddenly disappeared - good that it was transferred into food :) Also; paying to get rid of the dragon? I would pay it to stay! lol

I think we can top that iron back up pretty quickly too so we can do even more trading with it. And I'd love to keep the dragon too but I suspect it might not be overly friendly...

Love how wanting to build another bakery because you have excess flour suddenly turns into another windmill 🤣

I think you blocked the door to the bell tower with the flower pot/bench. I did see the the two cyclops walking around together. Guess father and son found each other.

I don't think anyone actually uses the door of the bell tower, it's just a nice feature. And yes, I saw the two cyclops together too! A lovely moment!

I'd move Fergus' tent closer to houses, as he makes people happy. (Is it canon that he has a belly laugh?)

+ Having fewer people in a lumber camp with a forester allows more trees to grow back

+ It's good to have the palace close to commoners (you need 5 to work in the main building)
