Dugicel and flow must realize that they have a responsibility to the jamaican public to have their own power supply installations in good working order at all times. All towers without exception . Minister VAZ must initiate legislation to make sure these entities perform to a higher standard. Remember Haiti 2010 earthquake , Digicel failed the Haitian subscribers. Right now for each day jamaican subscribers are without phone service week free service should be offered to them when service returns.
Its going to happen again?.
