I teach my guys on stick route To chase inside hip of alley player (OLB ) and sit if OLB expands , and feel Mike , if mike widens to cover stick I want Y to widen flat to sideline Qb will throw them open

They teach the over the shoulder technique & really emphasize the receiver leaning back.

did he talk much about what coverage he likes the stick side more against and if it dictates workout backside which looks good vs. 2 high

Read defenders not defenses. He stays, throw in front of him. He goes, throw behind him .
