Always enjoy your videos Dave. Really appreciate the detail you put into making them. Your unique style of narration makes the viewer feel like they're right there in your shop with you. Keep up the good work............ Thanks, Larry

Very nice. Thanks for sharing the way you make these wavy flags. I like the way you go about showing all the details and the use of a french cleat to hang the flag.
hi my name is david and im from ENGLAND i watched your video on the american flag and i loved it i know i will never be able to get one and you didnt have to keep saying sorry for how long your video was going to be it was a honor to watch a true craftsman at work good luck to you my american friend god bless america
Hey dave. I luv comments like yours, especially from other countries, please keep on watchin and subscribe, i have a request to do a challenge coin holder flag, that will be next video. 👍🇺🇸
Love your flags bc they’re similar to mine-everything from the lay out to the wheel of death (as my buddies call it) 😂 to the finish…except mine have cuts on the FACE .. love the helicopter sounds just as much, bet you’re a fun grandpa! I use a 2 part epoxy finish but I have to babysit it bc nobody likes runs or drips in those valleys. Nice video, love learning from other craftsmen ; have a great day bud…🖤
Luv the wheel of death🤣its true!! Luv makin these things, i've made alot of stuff but the red white and blue is addicting. Thanks for watchin. Check out my red white and blue peace pole. Video will be out in a week or so.
Hi David, Great video, awesome looking flag. Do you actually fill the stars with the varnish? Sounded like you said you fill them, so they are flush in the end product. Do you have any with added emblems, or decals, like military logos, eagles, or deer?
@@WilliamCreasap hi william, thanks for watching. I dont fill the stars just put varnish a little heavier. I do carve in miltary lettering such as USMC. Or ARMY. On stripes near bottom of flag. 👍🇺🇸🤠
Thank you so much. I have not sold any off utube. Keeping it local as of now. But i sell wavys $300.plus 50 for shipping. Thankyou so much for watching 👍🇺🇸
Thought of another question Dave, have you ever taken the router and fluted the back to reduce some of the weight? Is it possible to do without the risk of warping, or hitting screws that hold the pieces together?
You do very nice work. You're getting close to the 1,000 subscribers needed to start making some money from these videos. Best of luck in getting there quickly.
Beautiful project! Just a question - could you list the exact union template you used? I am afraid there may be different size templates and I obviously want mine to be the right size for the wood cuts Thanks Richard
Hey ed, how you doin, IKnow, trying to be bit more safe for viewers. Been brought up in the shop with popps, been doing this as far back as i can remember, Ive been being more safety conscious in my videos. Thanks for watchin Ed. 👍🇺🇸🥰
Hey tim, ill leave about an1"on the edges in places. Just make sure you dont go to deep around the french cleat area. You dont want to break through there. Thanks for watchin. 👍🇺🇸

I make mine so wavy, if you hit a screw, there goes your bit. Ive even hit screws when i do my french cleat.
Just for safety you should use a push stick instead of your hand
Thanks for your concern. And i have. Thank you for watching
Absolutely love this!!!
